I’m a GIRL!!!

Well today Mom and Dad found out I am a little Girl! We all went for my first sonogram and they FINALLY got to see me. Mom had been chomping at the bit to know. She was so excited! Dad was eagerly excited. He marched in there Video Camera in hand, ready to record every min. When the technician moved showed me to them on the screen for the first time, they both got all teary eyed. Dad had known from the day Mom showed him she was pregnant that I was a little girl, but Mom wasn’t sure. She was so excited to find out I am a little girl! Now the pink has REALLY started pouring into the house. It seems like EVERYONE is buying pink now. Luckily Dad has his own man room or else he would feel consumed (but i think he likes it really, he is excited that i’m gonna be Daddy’s little girl).  I am getting big and stronger by the day. I am 19 Weeks and 5 days today!

Daddy Felt the Bump

Well tonight was exciting! Daddy Finally Felt me... He doesn’t think Mommy is crazy anymore :-p. I was kicking around and moving a lot the other night, and Mommy grabbed his hand and pushed it hard where i was moving. After a few minutes on one my many kicks he felt a little thump. It was really light and quick, but he felt it! He knows I’m officially here and kicking around. He was so excited to feel me move... It’s the one thing that Mommy has not been able to share with him, and outside of my heartbeat he hasn’t really gotten to experience me. Well now He has! Both of them can’t wait till the 29th to find out if I’m a girl or boy. But they are very excited that i am healthy and kicking!

Gymnastics

Well I'm moving a lot now...Mom feels me moving daily... sometimes its great! and sometimes she feels like I'm doing gymnastics in her stomach, and thats causing all her muscles to stretch and pull, (which isn’t a lot of fun). I’m 15 weeks and 4 days today! Mom and Dad will be going to the next Dr. Apt tomorrow. Dad says he’s ready to record my heart beat this time... so keep looking on here, cause you will probably be able to see a video or a sound clip of my heart beat. Last time my heart beat was 160 Beats, so we’ll see how fast it is this time. Old Wives tales say that if it stays this fast it means I’m a girl, but you can’t depend on that. Mom and Dad are going to have to wait till the end of May or the first week of June to find out exactly if i am a Girl or Boy... Until then I’m growing everyday. I can now hear, and am getting familiar with the sounds i hear everyday.

Flutters

I’m officially starting to make my mark.... today mommy felt me in her stomach... it felt like eyelash’s brushing her stomach on the inside... she felt it the other night, but wasn’t sure. Now she is positive its me.  I am 12 weeks 4 days today (13 weeks). Her back is hurting though as i grow. I’m getting bigger and its starting to show. :)

Mommy and Daddy Hear my Heart Beat for the First Time!

Today Mommy and Daddy Heard my heart beat for the first time. Mommy had her check up, while dad waited out in the waiting room. When the Dr. got ready to find my heart beat for the first time, they went and got daddy. It took the Dr. a minute, but then she found it. It was strong and fast... The Dr. said it was beating at 160 beats... THATS FAST... but will slow down by the next apt. Mommy and Daddy were so excited to hear it, it was the first time they had heard anything from me. It made it very real for them. 

In June Mommy and Daddy will get to see me for the first time and will find out if I'm a boy or a girl!
